Orders placed up to 3.00pm on the day prior will have delivery assured. Top-up programme Under the Top-up programme a driver will visit your home or office automatically on the dates set out in the Delivery Calendar, and will replace your empties left out. Alternatively, under the Top-up programme you can request less or more bottles than your number of empties, just by leaving a note with the empties specifying the number of bottles you require. We recommend the top-up programme because you can be assured of delivery on the date.		Business hours for telephone orders 8.30am to 5.00pm.
